Investigation And Thinking About The Present Situation Of College Student Village Official In Ethnic Areas

As competition for jobs is getting tougher in China, an increasing number of college graduates choose to leave the large cities for countryside to work as village officials. Student Village work is the major decisions from the Party central committee to the needs of Party and the National long-term development, focusing on providing intelligence and talent to build a beautiful countryside, improving the sources of party and government officials. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to achieve leapfrog development, and actively respond to the call of the country, from the2008, Student Village work was launched.Specifically, this paper discussed in the following five aspects:The first chapter introduced the background and significance, brief summarized the domestic research status, elaborated this paper’s research thinking and methods, proposed research contents and innovation of this paper. The second chapter elaborated the concept of college student village officer, discussed the developmen tsystem of college student village officer and policy support in Xinjiang region. The third chapter introduced the college student village officer’s the positive results. It is mainly in four aspects of practical significance:the arrival of the college student village officers to play with rich effect, the improvement of the rural grass-roots work level, increased the work of propaganding strengthening of national unity. The fourth chapter on the basis of the data analysis, using literature research method, field surveys, interviews and other research methods to investigate current situation of ethnic area of college student village officers and analysis the data from the side of their individual information, working conditions, living conditions and aspects of psychological factors and put forward some questions about existing in their work, including work problems, mental confusion, difficulties of life.at the same time we made a thorough inquiry the existing problems of Student Village work about Policy factors, Their own factors and Specific social environmental factors of ethnic Area. Finally, we proposed countermeasures to consummate the Student village work in Xinjiang minority areas from the aspect of governments, college student village officers themselves, other social forces such as the college student village officer. Thus promoting student village work in Xinjiang ethnic areas and provide a theoretical basis to further development of student village work in Xinjiang ethnic areas.
