Research On The Difficulties Faced By College Student Village Officials In Changsha City And Countermeasures

"College student village official" is a hot topic in recent years.Implementing the plan of college student village officials is a strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee with a view to promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside,strengthening the construction of grass-roots Party organizations and cultivating grass-roots working experience,deepening the feelings of the masses and training successors of the Party and state undertakings.It has important theoretical significance and practical value to improve the ability of college student village officials and promote the construction of new socialist countryside.At the same time,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the scientific development of college student village officials' career.After clarifying the background and significance of the topic,this paper systematically consults and analyses the domestic and foreign research,and puts forward specific research methods.Through the overview of university student village officials and the analysis of their theoretical basis,and based on the macro perspective,this paper summarizes the contributions and shortcomings made by various provinces and municipalities to strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations and promote the rational flow of talents,and typical case studies,which further lay the foundation of this study.Through questionnaires of college student village officials,Township(street),village(community)leaders and their staff,village(community)residents in Changsha area,this paper analyses the general situation of college student village officials in Changsha.Through the research,it is found that college student village officials have become the fresh blood of grass-roots organizations and the source of grass-roots cadres.But at the same time,some problems faced by university student village officials are beginning to appear.These problems affect the sustainable development of new rural construction and the work of university student village officials.In order to effectively solve these problems,this paper takes Changsha university student village officials and township(street),village(community)leaders and their staff,village(community)residents as the object of investigation,through questionnaires.As well as the form of interviews,through the statistics and analysis of the survey results,a comprehensive understanding of the dilemma facing college student village officials at present,such as career dilemma,incomplete supporting policies,inadequate education and training,embarrassing status of village officials,no guarantee of work outlet,etc.In the practical work dilemma,the contradiction between their role orientation and real work,and the contradiction of some cadres and groups to college student villages.Officials lack social identity,low wages and welfare,etc.In terms of their own quality dilemma,their knowledge is narrow,and their adaptability is not strong.This paper systematically analyses the current situation of college student village officials and the causes of their predicament,including the reasons for ideological understanding,policy and system,and the reasons for college student village officials themselves.And from the macro,meso and micro levels,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Governments at all levels should formulate corresponding incentive policies and increase investment in the training of college student village officials,establish a perfect exit mechanism,continue to strengthen the care of college student village officials,constantly improve their own quality and promote their entrepreneurship,so as to be able to provide college student village officials.Long-term practice and sustainable development of college student village officials in Changsha provide reference for reference.
