Since the reform and opening up, China’s rural financial institutions which plays an important role in the service of urban residents is developing rapidly, improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promoting the development of local economy. In order to give full play to the role of rural financial institutions, rural financial institutions must improve the level of service, which in turn depends on the improvement of rural financial institutions staffs ideological and moral qualities and occupation accomplishment. Rural financial institutions, which on the way of development process, have paid much attention to the Ideological and Political work of young employees, have made remarkable achievements in this area. But there is no doubt, at present, the Ideological and Political work which is used for the young employee of rural financial institutions also has some prominent problems, Such as the Ideological and Political work way is single, lack of humanistic care towards young employees, Ideological and Political work together with formalism and prominent. Take effective measures to solve these problems, improve the young employees’Ideological and moral quality, and promote the healthy development of rural financial institutions, has become an important task of the Ideological and Political work.This article embarks from the reality, further discussions about problems and solutions in the Ideological and Political work of young employees of financial institutions have been made on this subject. Besides the introduction, the full text is divided into three parts, The first part, based on the interpretation of Ideological and Political work in rural financial institutions on young staff characteristics, discussed the strengthening of Rural Ideological and Political work of young employees of financial institutions significance:Help to improve the ideological and moral quality of young employees, help to improve the rural financial service level, contribute to the promotion of rural economic and social development. The second part, analysis the major problems and reasons of the Ideological and Political work of rural young employees in financial institutions.
