Study On The Legal Construction In The Innovation Of Social Governance Mechanism

Contemporary China is undergoing rapid socia transition, all kinds of frequent sharp and complicated social contradictions, innovation social management system become the inevitable requirement of times development and rational choice. In the critical stage of the rapid development of social informationization, industrialization, urbanization, marketization, the traditional management mode has not adapted to the modern development of social governance. The social field gradually independent from the economic and political fields, laws and characteristics of social governance has shown more and more attention. In the reform and innovation of social management system and the construction of a modern management system to the discourse context, an innovative approach to community gridded management as the new situation of China city social governance, to maximize the maintenance of the interests of community residents.From the analysis of the social development and national governance system modernization perspective, participation in the implementation of the reform and innovation of the social management system not only needs the party and government organs, social organizations and individuals, but also need the safeguard of rule by law. Yichang using grid management which is a new mode of social governance, encourage the government, social organizations, community residents to participate in social management and public services, to become the country’s social governance innovation demonstration area, to further promote the study of the management system at the grassroots level and management ability of modernization has the typical significance.This paper mainly from the legal perspective, attempts to explore the research problem of construction of rule of law system innovation applied to social governance mechanism, under the background of information. Finally, in view of the deficiency of legal construction process of Yichang innovative social governance mechanism, to explore suitable for scientific and feasible path of the rule of law construction of the innovation of the social management system and running mechanism in:to scientific and rational, suit one’s measures to local conditions to carry out the core of the construction of social governance requirements of the rule of law, we must fully recognize the legal practice of comprehensive control of regional differences and their causes, adhere to the innovation of social governance construction into the orbit of the rule of law, to the orderly operation of the idea of rule of law, participation, social cooperation, social activity and social supervision level vigorously promote social governance affairs, achieving social governance system in a scientific, democratization, legalization.
