A Survey Of "Three Open" Work In Shenqiu County

The opening of party affairs, government affairs and the county power can safeguard the right to know,to participate and to supervise of people effectively, in order to specificate power operation, promote administration according to law and improve the efficiency of administrative power. Many place have been implemented the the opening of party affairs, government affairs and achieved good social effects, meanwhile, there are still many problems. This paper was based on the three opening work of shenqiu county, analyzed the problem of opening work in county government and puts forward the feasible suggestions to solve the problem.The paper mainly introduced the background,implementation and result etc., pointed out the existing problems of the three opening work, including different complement strength, weak participation consciousness, imperfect public content, insufficient supervision system,hysteretic e-government platform construction etc., analyzed the reason of the problems of the three opening work,including the influence of traditional administrative concept, weakness of public rights concept, noneffective supervision etc., and put forward recommendations to perfect three opening work,including changing the traditional administrative concept,improving public participation,perfecting the system of public work,strengthen supervision and inspection, speeding up platform construction of the electronic government affairs etc.
