Children are the masters of society in the future, huge numbers of rural left-behind children generated under the urban and rural dual system and their growth conditions will directly influence the cultivation of labor force in the future、the improvement of national quality and the building of a harmonious society.They have series of problems in moral behavior cognition、emotion and will because of the deviation and the absence of family education the blind and missing of school education、the neglect and lack of guidance of social education and the infection and defects of peer group.Effective solution to this problem is to achieve the need of rural left-behind children in the healthy development of personality, improving the status of moral education in rural primary and secondary schools and constructing a harmonious society.The main body of the paper is divided into four parts:In the first part,we expound the necessity of training good moral behavior of rural left-behind children. Mainly from three aspects to talk about its necessity, such as the left-behind children to form their own moral excellence, harmony and happiness of the family, the need to cultivate a harmonious society.The second part is on the basis of the analysis and investigation to summarize the problems of moral behavior of rural left-behind children.First, the lack of moral awareness education、guidance and promotion, ethical behavior inharmonic. Second, the relative lack of moral responsibility、discipline and integrity, ethical behavior apathy. Third, low self-identity and self-control, poor ethical behavior will.In the third part,we analyse the causes of ethical behavior problems which are existed in rural left-behind children. The first is the absence of parental emotional education in the family education、the impact of the special role and parenting-style deviation of agent guardian. Followed by homogenized school parenting style, positioning of the migration of moral education.Again with the lack of social neglected guidance. Finally is the peer groups of bad behavior, the impact of sub-culture and other factors.In the fourth part,we put forward the related theory and practice education countermeasures to solve the problem of rural left-behind children’moral behavior from the point of view of education. First, people-oriented, establishing educational philosophy of devoloping ethical behavior; Second, the" Strengthening-internalization-externalization" of three organic unity, establishing a scientific mechanism to develop moral behavior education; Third, the family’s efforts to improve the starting point of ethical behavior education; Fourth, schools’compensation to dredge the main channel of ethical behavior education; Fifth, social support to optimize the educational practice positions of ethical behavior.
