It’s obvious to see the emphasis of national legislation on administrative relief of natural disasters. Natural disasters occurred frequently in recent years and cause serious losses. In order to maintain the stability of social order, it’s necessary to strengthen legislative studies of administrative relief of natural disasters.This article is divided into four parts. Secondly, from the perspective of the general principle of law analysis, this paper introduces the characteristics and contents of the natural disasters in our country administrative assistance.
