Study On Urban Community Service Informatization Resourse In Xujiang Street Of Suzhou

Urban informatization has a very significant impact on the urban construction.Community information construction is an important part of city informatizationconstruction. Informatization construction of urban community service is an importantway to improve the community management level, and to speed up urbaninformatization is the intrinsic demand, is also an important action for constructing theharmonious society in our country. It is a catalyst to achieve transformation ofgovernment functions.This paper based on the information about community service at domestic andabroad related research, combined with public products and the new public managementtheory, in-depth the concept of community service informatization, construction of themain factors and their effects were analyzed. Using the area of XuJiang street in Gusu,Suzhou in community information construction on case analysis, to explore itsdevelopment course, analyses the main mode of development, obtains the actual effectand existing problems, and in-depth analysis of a problem. This article will also be theplatform with the streets around the surging wave Gusu “good housekeeping" platform,"digital community" in Shanghai, Suzhou New District "grid of social management andservice platform" comparative analysis, discusses the advantages and disadvantages ofeach.Finally, countermeasures of community service information is raised. Communityservice information technology must play a leading role in the government; to increasecapital investment, the establishment of financing mechanisms; and improveinfrastructure, strengthen personnel development, content-rich services, building andother aspects of the operating mechanism so as to develop countermeasures.
