Inner Mongolia is an ethnic minority region which is mainly inhabited by Han and Mongolian people. It is different from other cities of China that the government employees here are also mainly Han and Mongolian people. Therefore, the management of government employees here has certain particularity. The research shows the influence factor of the career satisfaction by means of studying the interpersonal relationship and career satisfaction of the young government employees in Inner Mongolia. Thereby, the research provides a certain reference value for the government employees’management and theoretical reference for the Inner Mongolia government employees’management.The research has employed questionnaire to study more thoroughly relationship and career satisfaction of the young government employees in Inner Mongolia, on the basis of referring to and analyzing the Social Network Analytic Approach and the career satisfaction theory of scholars of the world. The research has concluded as below:1. Developing "career satisfaction measurement table". After a relevant statistic analysis, the coefficient of inner consistency of the measurement table is0.823, the coefficient of inner consistency of work conditions, leadership status, responsibility, extrinsic reward and vocational culture is0.857.0.862.0.902、0.862and0.869. The structure validity is excellent; The result of confirmatory factor analysis has demonstrated that the related indexes of the measurement table meet statistical requirements, the fitness of the model is preferable. Therefore, it shows that the measurement table is suitable for the research.2. After investigating350young government employees, the result shows that the young government employees in Inner Mongolia have high satisfaction degree, besides, because the gender, marital status, nationality, age, seniority, administrative ranking and family background of them are various, the satisfaction degree have significant difference. the females are more satisfied than males; the married government employees are more satisfied than singles; the Mongolians are more satisfied than the Han people; the government employees aged30and below are more satisfied than those aged between31-35; those who worked longer time are more satisfied; those who was bom of peasant families are more satisfied than others.3. In terms of interpersonal relationship, the gender, marital status, nationality, age and seniority of the young government employees in Inner Mongolia have significant influence on it, but the administrative ranking and family background have no significant influence. Besides, the females are better than the males in interpersonal relationship; the married are better than singles; the Mongolians are better than the Han group; the elder people are better than the younger people.4. In regression analysis, the various dimensions of interpersonal relationship has significant influence on the various dimensions of the career satisfaction, and is also a significant positive predictor, the significant level is quite high. Therefore, it concludes that the interpersonal relationship is one of the factors which affect the career satisfaction.
