Research On Social Security Of Migrant Workers In Bayannao’er City And The Countermeasures Of Cenzaoic

Accordingly, in2010the number of new generation migrant workers migrant workers at around96000000, at the same time, the transfer of employment of the new generation of migrant workers reached about50000000. The new generation of migrant workers in China at the present stage of total about150000000people. This shows that, the new generation of migrant workers in our country in242000000(230000000in2009) workers, has accounted for nearly half, they increasingly play the leading role in China’s economic and social development, gradually become the main body of migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers to the pursuit of occupation experienced its "survival" to "development type" transition change of occupation, recognition, psychological changes in personal development will bring the tremendous influence to the development of the whole society. Many of the new generation of farmers was born in rural areas, the growth in the city, the city’s identity and belongingness far higher than in rural areas. At present, the social security of migrant workers can not fully practice of urban workers social security system, can not be completely in the rural social security system. Exploring the social security problem of the new generation of migrant workers has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper has explained the relevant concepts of social security of the new generation of migrant workers, to grasp the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, relevant content analysis of the social security system; secondly, analysis of the current generation of migrant workers social security situation, and pointed out that the existence of social security problems; thirdly, a profound analysis of the new generation of migrant workers social security system is not perfect, both for historical reasons, there are also many realistic factors. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the Bayannaoer City, the new generation of migrant workers social security system, including improving laws and regulations, change the functions of the government, enterprises and migrant workers themselves in all aspects of analysis, in order to protect the vulnerable groups of the new generation of migrant workers rights, promote urban and rural society in Bayannaoer city and harmonious, orderly, and rapid development.
