China now is in theimportant period of strategic opportunities and need a stable strategic environment,South Korea as an important part in northeast Asia for China has the extremelyimportant strategic significance,which can even become a major breakthrough forChina to improve its strategic environment. In the mean time, the structuralcontradictions between new rising country and the neighboring countries made SouthKorea strengthened the alliance with the United States on strategic security and thetheory of popularity of China’s threat also make the South Korea’s people doubt andfear about the China’s rise.
