Introspection Of Urban Management Law Enforcement

At present, urban management has become an important subject for the construction of harmonious society, while the urban management law enforcement gradually be taken seriously. In recent years, violence law enforcement, uncivilized law enforcement scandals were exposed frequently, and many malignant events aroused great attention. Some local law enforcement departments have many disadvantages, like the enforcement scope is too broad; work is too heavy, etc. Introspect the reason mainly includes:the imperfect laws and regulations, the unclear main qualification in the system design; the weak viewpoint of law enforcement personnel administration according to law, the absence of supervision and the incomplete punishment in the system implementation, etc.Based on all sorts of problems for administrative law enforcement of urban management existing in the practice, this paper briefly introduces the historical development of urban management law enforcement, describes several key issues, and especially introduces the present situation of legal basis, main qualification and enforcement scope of the urban management law enforcement and so on. And then analyses the causes of urban management law enforcement problems. And then put forward suggestions of perfecting our country’s urban management to solve above problems and reasons, from the viewpoint of the law enforcement system design and implementation.
