With the reform and opening up, China has changed earthshakingly,reaching remarkable achievements. Presently, our country has entered ina period of reforming and developing, economic system changes profoundly,social structure transforms deeply, pattern of interests is adjusted indepth, so does the ideas, which all indicate that China has been in aperiod of social transformation. These changes or social transformationare common, various,complicated, corresponding to this, our social ideasis experiencing a great change, people’s mind experiencing a big shaking,so does their value, life attitude and social behavior. Especially theyouth, value and ethics of which are facing with kinds of difficulties,challenges and reshaping. So it is a duty for a Ideological and Politicaltheory worker to know that what the youth’s morality is like and gavea good guide.The youth is a nation’s future, a country’s hope, it is veryimportant for country’s future that whether they can grow healthly.Theideological and moral education is an important pat of youth education.The Xinjiang tajik youth is an essential part of a nationalteeanagers,the physiographic condition and social environment what theylive is special,they has a unique grow condition and mind stage,whichmakes their ethics present a regional differences. Which the Xinjiang’foot of leaping-over economy development becoming fast, theTashikuergan utonomous county which Xinjiang tajik live in mainly is entering in a major opportunity period of economic development. With theimproving infrastructure and the developing of informatization, tajikyouth’s horizons are becoming very wide, outside politics,economy andculture has attracted their high attention. However, except thedeveloping opportunity what the transformation brings to the tajikyouth’s ethic education, it also has a bad effect on the ideologicaland moral education.To improve all the national people’s quality,(we)should have a high attention on the tajik youth’s ethic education,besides, strengthening the specialized research, finding the featuresand rules’moral development, in this basic,(we can) give (them)a rightguide and comprehensive education.This paper takes Xinjiang tajik youth as a main research object,cast the Tashikuergan countyas a case, combining the literature studies,field investigation with comparative research, to reveal the changerules and characteristics of the tajik youth’s ideology and moralitywhich is in the period of social transformation, so as to master the ruleand nature of the Xinjiang tajik youth’s ideology and morality education,guide it further to Consistent with the construction requirements ofsocialist key value system, reach the same goal of advanced youth moraleducation by different ways to improve national people’s overallquality.This article is divided into six parts in total: The first part isbased on the contrast reference of the literature between home and abroad,the research and analysis about the importance of the youth’sideological and moral education in the policies issued by the ministry,to reveal the reality, the necessity and chronicity of the tajik xinjiangyouth’s ideological and moral education clearly. The second partdefines the connotation of social transformation; introduce the Xinjiangtajik and tajik adolescents to make the content and target of the theideological and moral education have more directivity; analyzing theimpact on xinjiang tajik adolescents the period of social transitionhave to make the Particularity and pertinence of tajik teenagers moraleducation content clearly. In the third part, through the interviewsurvey with the tajik adolescents, analyzing the principle about tajik adolescents ideological and moral education, summarizing theeffectiveness and experience of the tajik adolescents’ideological andmoral education since the social transformation, and discover theexisting problems in the present and the problems to be solved. In thefourth part, to look for the root of the ideological and moral problemsof the xinjiang tajik adolescents caused by social transition-socialfactors, school factors, family factors, and the factors of their own.The fifth part puts forward the measures to solve the problem and statesthe significance of strengthening the tajik adolescents ideological andmoral education, sets up the trinity system of systematic education ofthe society, schools and families to improve the overall quality of thetajik adolescents, promote the tajik youth’s health of body and minddevelopment in the period of social transition.
