Export subsidy is an important factor of international agricultural products tradedistortions, the developed countries through the use of agricultural export subsidies tooccupy the international market of agricultural products, crowding out the advantage ofdeveloping countries agricultural products, so the export subsidies has always been thefocus of international agricultural negotiations.Made it clear in China’s accession to theWTO, no longer used in international trade export subsidies, but does not mean that exportsubsidies and no longer relevant in China, the international use of export subsidies are stilla lot of, including some recessive agricultural export subsidies, these adverse conditionsled directly to our country agricultural product trade at a disadvantage.So our countryshould take active measures to deal with, reverse China’s agricultural products trade at adisadvantage.This article first to theory combing of export subsidies, including thedefinition of export subsidies, export subsidies, elements into several of implicit exportsubsidies, the international status of export subsidies and export subsidies to the exporter,importer, and international trade market is analyzed; the influence of the Secondly analysesthe rules of agricultural export subsidies, from GATT1947to WTO "agriculturalagreement" to the doha round, agricultural export subsidies are discussed through the stormof the course; Again to study the European and American developed country agriculturalproduct export subsidy legislation present situation, at last, through the analysis of currentChina’s agricultural products trade, cancel the export subsidies influence on our country,proposed consummates our country to export subsidy policy.
