Strategies On Strengthening Construction Of Network Consensus By Party Committee Departments

Strengthening the construction of network consensus is an urgent task in socialadministration for party committees and government departments. The party committeeorganization department， as an important body of party committee， plays an important role insocial management. Research on strengthening the network consensus construction， from theview point of party committee organization department， is constructive to promote socialfairness and justice， set up correct guideline， and improve credibility.In this paper， domestic literature on strengthening the construction of network consensusfrom party and polity public departments was collected，categorized，and analyzed. Based onthis effort， some theoretical aspects of network consensus construction were discussed. It alsoanalyzed the role of party committees in network consensus construction. A summary wasprovided on current situation and reality of network consensus construction. In addition， thepaper presented a comprehensive reflection and cause-effect analysis on current understanding，technological capability， response mechanism， and team building in dealing with networkconsensus construction. At last，the paper proposed four broad strategies to party committees，including providing strong guidance on network consensus， strengthening the collection andjudgment of internet information， reinforcing the response and decision， and team building ofthe consensus work.It is concluded that is network consensus have positive influence in supervision thefunctioning of party committees; it can also brings negative effects on the credibility of thegovernment. Party committees should take active measures to strengthen the construction ofnetwork consensus，such as，behavior self-inspection，establishing effective，reasonable andactionable mechanisms， etc. to achieve the purpose of strong and innovative socialmanagement.
