Rural areas’transition into community is an important subject and theoretical basis of the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, to some extent, it influences the direction and prospect of rural development. This article recounts and analyzes the contradiction, wisdom, demand, motivation and support in the process of Village Yu’s transition into community from the perspective of both a participant and a observer. Firstly, this article recounts the background of the whole event. And secondly, it talks about how the internal demand or the motivation of Village Yu’s demolishing, combining and constructing forms. Thirdly, it describes how the indispensable external force-the governmental administration takes part in and helps completing this village’s transition into community. After that, it explains how the mode of village’s transition into community has been converted into farmers’operation and strong capabilities of resource integration from the initial formalization. In the next place, it gives an account of the process of the construction of the village’s transition into community transforming from the traditional atomization into organized governance. Finally for the discussion and conclusion part, a model of community construction and a tentative analytical framework will be given. For the main part of this article, the author fully restored village community building process and planning from four aspects: the " Land source","fund planning,"" where the people to go," and the " livelihood security". Analysis will be given on the mentality of the participants in the village community campaign, cooperative behavior, and highlights the farmers’ wisdom. And also this article will clarifies the examples of cooperation that the strong who are no longer be so strong, trying to explore a reasonable win-win model of the village community on the meticulous empirical research, that community of the village should be constructed by the villagers under the guidance of the government, rather than invested by the government. Suggestion will be given for the relevant leaders to meet the needs of villagers and to avoid the detours.
