With the increasing number of migrant workers into the city, derivatives of migrant workers’ children of such a special group, they were born in a peasant family, growth in the city, poor economic conditions and living conditions, saddled with rural household registration, unfair treatment from society, and urban living environment has not matched lifestyles, ways of thinking and so on. Such an environment, for their physical and mental development will adversely affect the overall quality will affect the development of social harmony and stability as well as the next generation of labor resources of the community. Since the vast majority are children or wife live in the " city"," fringe " and other places, so this paper starting from the perspective of the community, The Status Quo migrant workers’ ideological and moral education of their children, and propose ideas to improve their ethical standards of quality approaches and measures, undoubtedly of great significance.First, the paper describes the current status of migrant workers’ children moral, which has the mentality of some of the children are positive and healthy, they inherited a love for the motherland, love the collective emphasis on integrity, plain living, to honor their parents and other traditional Chinese virtues, democracy and sense of equality with respect to the fathers had awakened, but there are also many problems can not be ignored, including mental health issues highlighted, the crime rate increased moral consciousness is weak and so on.Then from the analysis of the causes of many of these problems lies:influence adolescent peer groups; family environment, including family economic status, education and family intimacy among family members, parents, children or wife’s influence on moral education; social factors, including the urban-rural dual system, the adverse effects of the mass media, social trends, morphological differences between urban and rural cultures and their own social status caused.Finally, analysis of problem-solving strategies on the basis of theoretical discussion:first, partner groups should pay attention to the impact on young people, giving them the care and guidance necessary for them to focus on education play a central figure in his functions, while the family, school and community shall cooperate with each other, play together in close contact; second full play to the role of local governments to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of migrant workers’children were material security, system security, and culture building; third, to strengthen family education, which requires parents importance of migrant workers to strengthen the role of family education between the exchanges and their children through their own learning to change their traditional concepts of education, establish the scientific concept of modern education, and the best of its ability to create a good living environment for their children; fourth, from the social perspective, the mass media to increase positive publicity, creating a fair and just social atmosphere, while actively involved in the introduction of social work; fifth, to promote the active participation of non-governmental organizations, using their advantage to farmers workers help and support their children or wife, sixth, focusing on school education, give full play to the ideological and moral construction of schools as the main front role, not only to strengthen the education of their children, while the parents to carry out the training school.
