Research On The Construction Social Support System Of Education For Migrant Workers’ Children In Jinjiang City

With the continuous development of the economic and urbanization construction, especially in the background of coordinated urban and rural development, the issues of the peasant workers’children has been the focus of public attention. This study researched the related issues of social support of the peasant workers’children, and it aimed at providing a theoretical basis for the social support research of vulnerable groups, providing the suggestion for building the social support system of the peasant workers’children in Jinjiang city, and being used for reference for other regions.By using of the methods such as scale questionnaire survey, field interviews, reliability and validity analysis and t tests, on the basis of the social support theory, the author studied the issues of peasant workers’children from the perspective of social support. Through investigation of the educational status of the peasant workers’ children in Jinjiang, the author find out that the phenomenon of peasant workers’ children which dropped out and transferred often occur; the interpersonal relationship in general; parents only pay most of attention to their children’s learning; the attention to the psychological education is not enough and so on. According to this, the author uses SSRS to analyze the education of the peasant workers’children, researches show that the peasant workers’children obtaining social (including subjective support, objective support and utilization of support) in different dimensions are different. By analysis of the social support sources of peasant workers’children, it can be seen that a lot of social support that the peasant workers’children obtained came from family, classmates and friends, small part is from school and organizations. On the active use of social support for peasant workers’children, the utilization of peasant workers’ children in Jinjiang city is generally not high. Then, there is a lot of factors that affected the social support of peasant workers, including system, family, school, social education and other factors. Finally, according to the present situation, this study put forward to the realistic suggestions that building the social support of peasant workers’children in Jinjiang city, which takes family, family, society and government as the main body.
