Marx once made remarks:Human beings Have been striving for their own interests. Now people talk about a hot spot which is distributive justice. It has inseparable connection with people’s actual interests.The construction of a harmonious society is a common wish of our people. But the current social reality in our country presents a trend of widening income inequality and wealth disparity growing, the polarization appeared. So distributive justice has received more and more attention. China is a socialist country, and adheres to the guidance of Marxist theory. It is necessary to deeply analyze the theory to solve the problem of distribution. And only reduce the gap between the rich and the poor, guarantees the distributive justice, to make continuous and rapid development of social economy in our country.In this paper, through systematically studying Marxist theory of distributive justice, concretely analyzing the development of the theory, especially in our country, and combining with the distribution situation at present stage, then putting forward the measures to solve the problem.In this paper, beginning with the meaning of justice and distributive justice, introducing the genres of abroad study distributive justice and the status of domestic research, to get the sense of distributive justice. Then the article mainly expounds the formation of Marxist theory of distributive justice, detailed teases out the theory resources of Marxist theory of distributive justice, the realistic background and main contents and characteristics, Which is the foundation and guidance of our country characteristic distribution theory. And completely expounds the process of the development of the Marxist theory of distributive justice, especially in the justice of the distribution of the generation of the CPC central committee leadership group, which is the development process of China’s distribution theory, it is also the succession and development of Marxist theory of distributive justice.Finally, the paper analyzes the distribution of the current income in our country and the negative impact of unfairdistribution in the practice of distribution, and further put forward how we should take corresponding measures in practice, to better realize the distributive justice of our country.
