In the context of Chinese usage, justice is often used to express one's perceptions of other people or things, and can also be used to evaluate the environment in which they live or the situation they are suffering.Justice has been a value judgment since ancient times and a kind of moral ideal of perfection. The pursuit of justice runs through human development. From the perspective of political philosophy, the distribution of justice is what the state and society give each person what they deserve in terms of distribution. The purpose of the state's participation in the distribution of actions is to achieve justice. In this process, some specific measures are needed to determine the amount of different people's access, but what people think of justice is not only the amount of living materials, but also the moral value of the heart.Political philosophy should provide a proper moral scale for the distribution of justice.Regarding the distribution of justice,Marx did not express it clearly after all. Therefore, many scholars believe that Marx did not distribute justice, but his works also describe a lot of justice. In the Critique of the Gotha Programme, the inequalities between people caused by personal differences and family burdens, even if they are unjust, then put forward the ideals of doing everything possible,on demand, and Marx's principles of freedom and equality. The discussion does not go beyond the scope of the idea of distributive justice;from the perspective of applicability,Marx's thought of distributive justice also contains universal values such as equality and freedom. The relationship between the principle of equality and freedom and the multiple ways of realizing the distribution of justice needs to be combined.Investigate at different stages of social development.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's economy has grown rapidly, and the overall income of residents has increased substantially. However, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the uneven urban-rural development, quality medical care, and the redistribution of educational resources have also become prominent. Therefore,in the critical period of comprehensively entering a well-off society and comprehensively deepening reform,it is necessary to sort out, draw on and apply Marx's thought of distributive justice.
