The problem of distributive justice is not only a controversial theoretical issue in academic research, but also is a real issue need to be carefully addressed by current people urgently. Overall, there are two pathways for theoretical study and practical solution of distributive justice problem. One is based on consolidating and maintaining the free capitalist system, another is based on criticism of capitalist logic and beyond it. Although there are interleaving or mutual learning and reference in different levels between two paths, the former seems to be more popular. The central cause is the different degrees of misunderstanding or misinterpretation of Marx and Engels’ view of justice for these two pathways. In fact, Marx and Engels’ view of justice has provided very enlightening ideas and ideological resources to solve the problem of distributive justice. This has attracted the attention of Marxist researchers, however, most researchers mainly limited on the interpretation and construction of Max and Engels’ justice and were weak in solving distributive justice specifically. This paper argues that Marx and Engels didn’t specifically and systematically explored issues of the justice, particularly the distributive justice problem. In fact, they concern for distributive justice problem was always combined with the exploration of materialistic elucidation, political economical critique and scientific socialism road. Thus, Marx and Engels’ issues of the justice, especially the distributive justice problem, is not limited on the values like most scholars, but a way trying to care and grasp something of history. In short, these discusses of distributive justice problem are not limited to distribution chain, and more launched from the change process of production mode(including communication methods). Accordingly, this article contact Materialism and Critical Theory of Capital of Marx Engels to explain their concept of justice, try to think about the distributive justice problem deeper on Marxism, and explore the theoretical meaning and practical value of thinking and solving distributive justice problem based on Marx and Engels’ issues of the justice.Specific research ideas:The first chapter interprets the theory of distributive justice and the existing difficulties. It analyzes several theories with significant impact in the history of thought, the essence and difficulties of several current distributive justice theories in our country, and focus on clarifying the misunderstanding and distorting of a variety of distributive theories to Marx and Engels’ justice concept and the reason. The second chapter, Marx and Engels’ view of justice is a new perspective for solving the problem of distributive justice. It clarifies the fundamental differences between Marx and Engels’ view of justice and other views based on the in-depth interpretation and elucidation of the basic logical architecture of it, which is benefit for revealing that Marx and Engels’ views of justice provide a new thinking perspective for solving the problem of distributive justice. The third chapter, these new ideas for solving the problem of distributive justice bases on Marx and Engels’ view of justice. Marx and Engels proposed the concept of justice by combining Materialism and Criticism. This concept which regards the justice of the mode of production as the basis to solve the problem of distributive justice subverted general idea to solve the problem of distributive justice from the values dimension. It established a new thinking to solve the problem of distributive justice from historical level. This new thinking embodies as: productions(including communication methods) justice decide the specific content and implementation path of allocation justice. And the correlation and relative independence between distribution and production has a profound impact on the justice of production, especially the class contradiction between the distribution inequality of production materials and the subject of distribution. Thus, the solution of distributive justice problem must base on the justice of production mode, while the historic advance of distributive justice is an important part to achieve and improve the justice of production mode.In the fourth chapter, it studies contemporary significance of distributive justice problem based on Marx and Engels’ views of justice. The study of distributive justice problem based on Marx and Engels’ views of justice not only provide new perspectives and new ideas for response and solution of various difficulties about theories of distributive justice, but also provide a solid platform and broad space for returning to the theoretical way proposed by Marx and Engels and accurate excavation, interpretation of the content of Marxist concept of justice. At the same time, it also provides a theoretical resource for solution of the distributive justice problem, especially provides scientific methodology guidelines for the solution of distributive justice problem in the process of promoting the construction of China’s socialist characteristics.
