At present, china has basically formed the women’s rights and security system, which isbased on the "constitution", regarding women’s rights and interests protection as the mainbody, supported by other relevant laws and regulations. It plays an important role in theprotection of China’s women’s equal right of participating in and discussing the politicalaffairs, labor and employment. In recent years, China’s security career of women’s rights andinterests has made significant progress, establishing the perfect laws and regulations,self-contented organizational structure and intact work system. However, the protection ofrights of women and the promotion of development of women’s career is a system engineerthat has a far way to go. Compared with the academic of women’s rights and interests, thereare also many problems in our jobs of protection. Such as, the protection of women’s rights isnot comprehensive enough, the role of the organization does not play perfect, relatedgovernment does not run effectively. Generally speaking, women still stay in an inferiorposition. There are many reasons for this result: the aspect of the thoughts of people, theaspect of economy and history and the aspects of laws and regulations and the functionaldepartments. In order to further improve the security system of women’s rights and interests,we must build the sound relevant laws and regulations, create the model of legislation,popularize legal publicity, and improve law enforcement; we must perfect the relevantfunctions of organization and operation mechanism, strengthen the functions of thegovernment departments, intensify the responsibilities of women’s job, and make full use ofthe role of civil organizations; we must perfect the related system of operation mechanism,strengthen the department linkage mechanism, reinforce the team construction of women’srights and interests and conscientiously carry out the relevant supervision work; we mustimprove the consciousness of women’s rights and interests of the whole society to build a freeand equal social environment.
