Emergency Management Case Studies Based On Factor Analysis

Due to the natural disasters,the impact of economic and social transformation,the rising frequency incident to the state and civil society has caused serious damage. China has beginning to respond to the emergency management in the ascendant. The SARS, in2003,is the beginning of our country comprehensive emergency management practices. For10years of time, public emergency contingency plans frame system has been builded, the research of emergency management also has a comprehensive progress. At present,the academic institutions, the relevant departments, mainly research the emergency management system, mechanism, law, psychological intervention, technical method.At the same time, along with the introduction of case study method been used, emergency management case analysis and the application of case teaching, have been gradually recognized at home and abroad. Case study of this empirical study provides a new way of thinking to the research of emergency management.Based on the case study of emergency management at home and abroad, on the basis of the case observation, according to the evolution characteristics of emergency, put forward the case analysis of10elements.Ten key elements are:the title, the case description, keywords, the types of emergencies, disaster-causing factors, results analysis, comprehensive analysis, evolutionary analysis, attachment and comments with a word. The ten factors analysis method, especially the evolution analysis of elements, can improve the enlightenment function of emergency management case analysis, fill the blank of the emergency management case study of factor analysis.
