Canada is the world’s fourth largest Jewish Diaspora, their ethnic group has a unique tradition, and it’s successful integration of ethnic minority groups and mainstream society. In Canadian history, exotic ethnic gone through three stages of immigration policy, after a history of xenophobic and anti-Semitic after ushered multicultural immigration policy. In a multicultural environment, Jews continue to develop their own culture and education, the economy, making the Jews became a Canadian mainstream society, an important part of the upper class. Also actively nation of Israel for their own interests in larger freedom. This is reflected in Canadian society even more marked than in the U.S. Jewish population. This is another manifestation of national identity in the future ethnic Canadian Jewish continuity. Jewish religious tradition of this nation to follow, foreign mainstream society in the acceptance of Israel as well as the Canadian Jewish affairs high degree of concern, we can see not only the continuation of the Canadian Jewish inherent Jewish traditions and culture, and also the activation continue to be passed along.n the preface, the author mainly explains the background and meaning of the subject, analyzes and summarizes the research actuality at home and aboard, draws the outline of study, points out the methods of research and the mainly innovations.The main body includes four chapters:The first part, the Canadian Jewish historical overview. On the history of Jewish immigrants in Canada conducted a brief introduction; and mainly of the20th century the major wave of Jewish immigrants were analyzed. Thus the Canadian Jewish survival and development in Canada have a general understandingThe second part, elaborated the changes of the jewish community in Canada from these aspects:Canada’s immigration policy, the structure of the jewish population, economic and social changes of the jews and jewish education development.
