The Research Between Government Information Disclosure And Government Trust During Emergency Response

Government trust is the level of trust which comes from citizen to government department.As the key part of the whole social trust, government trust is the guarantee of social credit system and repersent the national credit system,it has important influence on the the country’s economic, political, cultural,and the whole social development. While the government information disclosure is one of the most importment public judgments of government department, government shoud do more for information disclosure.There are many emergency happend in our country in recently, it makes the government information disclosure, which has practical influence to our country trust, became a focus of attention of the whole society. So finding out how to chase down the government information disclosure and what problem in government information disclosure affect public’s attitude, are this paper’s main work.Through combing the relevant theoris and learning the research results of the scholars, this paper want to know the relation between the government information disclosure and government trust. This this paper ropose the government information disclosure public satisfaction government trust model and testifies its validity by analyzing the survey data with SPSS software. Also, it heips us to know the feelings and thoughts of public to the government information disclosure, and the main factors influence to public’s understanding and supporting to the government. At last this paper draws some conclusions that during emergency, the government information disclosure’s transparency and responsiveness has significant influence on the formation of government trust, so the government needs to further development of our government information disclosure work these ways.
