The ideological and political education is a kind of social practice. It is based on human being. It would be very difficult to effectively carry out ideological and political education if we can not understand the problem of human being. Today, human-orientation of ideological and political education has without doubt become a focus of scholars attentions. Conforming to the trend, this academic thesis set studies of human being as the perspective of ideological and political education research and then made some related studies on it. The author defined the scientific connotation of human-orientation of ideological and political education preliminarily, and conscientiously analyzed the rational reasons why that could come into being. With the help of the typical perspective which was often used in the course of research on marxist studies of human being, the author laid marxist studies of human being to be the foundation of ideological and political education theory and methodology, and revealed a rational explanation of its existence and development. The author faced up to the embarrassment on treatment to people which appeared in ideological and political education work. Subsequently, the author outlined a blueprint for the humanization concept of ideological and political education in the enlightenment of studies of human being. Eventually, following pace of practical applications of marxism human studies to ideological and political education, the author proposed some implemental schemes to realize the "people-oriented" of ideological and political education and then completed the micro-analysis of the construction of studies of human being on ideological and political education.
