And this paper is through the administrative law Angle of view of comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management, summarized the existing problems and analysis, and further puts forward the methods and measures to solve the problem.This article consists of four parts: the first part is mainly on the city’s comprehensive management explore the historical evolution of administrative law enforcement system, the system will be set up, analyzes the reasons of and the development of the system is described. The third part of the current problems existing in the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management system in our country and analysis the cause of the formation of these problems. The fourth part try to under the existing legal framework on the problems existing in the current legislation, procedure, supervision, and complement the system construction from four aspects of improvement, in order to enable the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management system more reasonable and perfect.
