| The level of urban management is an important indicator to measure the process of urban modernization.With the steady development of China’s urbanization construction,the public’s requirements for quality of life and living environment are also increasingly high.The functions of urban management are further expanded,and the scope of law enforcement is also increasing,involving all aspects of people’s lives.This poses new requirements and challenges to urban management.Based on the background of deepening the reform of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement system,this article applies relevant theoretical foundations such as the new public management theory,public participation theory,and collaborative governance theory,and adopts research methods such as literature research,case analysis,and investigation methods.Combining the actual situation of Y District in Suzhou City,this article attempts to explore a new path suitable for comprehensive law enforcement in grassroots urban management.Based on a study of the current situation of comprehensive law enforcement in urban management in Y District of Suzhou City,it is concluded that there are a series of problems in comprehensive law enforcement in urban management at the grassroots level,such as confusion in the staffing of law enforcement personnel,weak law enforcement forces at the grassroots level,low efficiency of urban management and law enforcement at the grassroots level,and low satisfaction of the public with urban management and law enforcement.Based on the analysis of practical cases and relevant data of comprehensive law enforcement in urban management at the grassroots level,Deeply analyzing the objective reasons and relevant influencing factors that cause grassroots law enforcement issues,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to rationalize the comprehensive law enforcement system for urban management,strengthen the construction of comprehensive law enforcement teams for urban management,enable comprehensive law enforcement for urban management through mechanisms,and improve comprehensive law enforcement measures for urban management,aiming at truly achieving "urban management as delicate as embroidery",We will accelerate the modernization of the government’s governance system and capacity. |
