Comprehensiveily Deepen Reform Goals Of Rural Land Circulation System Under Study

Based on marxist theory as the theoretical guidance, this paper use literature research, interdisciplinary research method and qualitative analysis and other research methods, comprehensively deepen reform in China under the target of rural land circulation system is studied and analyzed.Land circulation is the current rural economic development of a particular problem, is the key to solve "san nong" questions. This paper emphatically analyzes the successful mode of two kinds of land circulation "zaozhuang mode" and "chengduwenjiang model", hope for national comprehensive deepening of the reform of rural land circulation to provide reference of experience.The research content of this article consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction section. From a policy two aspects, this paper introduces the research background and the era, and from two angles expounds the domestic and foreign research present situation. The second part mainly introduces the two theoretical basis of the rural land circulation, provides a theoretical guidance for the full text. The third part introduces the several key problems:one is based on time context supported by laws and regulations, summarizes the experience of rural land system in China, these are the four stages of "blank","bud","development" and "deep"; It is analyzed the several important form of rural land circulation; Three is the key analyzes the problem of rural land system in our country and the problems caused by three factors of politics, economy and culture are analyzed. The last part in order to further reform and improve the content of the the countermeasures for the rural land circulation system in China.
