In recent years, the surging and blustering network anti-corruption of new opiniongroup has become a new front against corruption. It has distinctive characteristics ofthe times, is a new complement of traditional anti-corruption, and new channels forpublic participation, new forms of power supervision. But its endogenous malpracticeand the drifting on the present situation of the current system, determines it inevitablyput forward a series of challenges to the government management: treading on judicialjustice, weakening disciplinary inspection work, and increasing political risk.The government need embed new opinion group network anti-corruption in thecurrent system, which is the strong demand to strengthen the leadership of the party, toincrease the efficiency of the government’s anti-corruption, and to perfect the citizenparticipation.
