Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Conflict Mediation In Xilingol

With the transfomation of economic and social development, the patterns of interests have changed intensely. The conflicts of all kinds of interests have a serious impact on the social harmony and social stablization. In order to solve this problem, many policies have been enacted and issued.To fulfil the tasks which many policies have put forword, xilingol enacted a policy about the conflict mediation in2013. In this document, many new measures have been raised, such as prevention first, channling through education, deal with by law, preventing intensifation. The countermeasures have functioned effectly. But there are still some problems which still need to solve.By citing the example of xilingol’s way of doing,this essay will explore the problems and countermeasures on the basis of conflict mediation, and raise some reasonable suggestion.
