The concept of"Corporate social responsibility"is an English scholar OliverSheidon in the book <The management philosophy> for the first time bring up from theview of academic point in1924,the dispute of relevant enterprises never seemed tostop.It is generally believed that the corporate social responsibility is when theenterprise in creating profits and responsible for the shareholders'interests at the sametime,should also undertake the social responsibility to employees,consumers,thecommunity and the environment,and so on.As the degree of economic globalization is increasingly deepening,enterprises inorder to pursue high profits for maximize their own interests,continuously makeenvironmental pollution and harm public interests,the whole society has paid a heavyprice by this behavior,so the issue of corporate social responsibility has beenwidespread concern in the community.Because of the listed companies in the existingeconomic system occupies the important position, and in order to their owndevelopment to raise a lot of social capital has a close relationship withsociety.Therefore,listed companies should assume social responsibility....
