Network Management Mechanism Of Public Power Corruption

Corruption is a serious social problem. The report delivered at the18th NationalCongress of the Communist Party of China points out:“Combating corruption andconstructing honest politics are the overtly political stand consistently taken by theCommunist party and a significant political issue concerned about by the people.Without handling this issue appropriately, there would be a fatal damage to theCommunist Party which is likely to lead to the destruction of the Party and thesubjugation of our nation.”Along with the popularization and the use of network, the network governance ofpublic power corruption whose essence lies in combating corruption through networkhas received more and more social attention. As a new way of combating corruption,network anti-corruption, due to its unique advantage in information dissemination andextensive social influence, could realize the beneficial supplement to traditionalcorruption governance mechanism. In this paper, the corruption governance mechanismbased on network is taken as the subject of the research, the cases of typical networkanti-corruption events are analyzed, and the effectiveness and feasibility of networkcorruption governance are interpreted and analyzed. Based on the analysis of theeffectiveness and causes of network corruption governance, there would be anexploration of effective way to network corruption governance mechanism.To deal with the problem, there is, firstly, an analysis on the essence of publicpower corruption and network governance of public power corruption, and then astatement that expounds the practical necessity of network governance of public powercorruption. The present situation of network governance mechanism of public powercorruption in China is also analyzed. With the relevant cases, the present achievementsand faults of constructing the network governance mechanism of public powercorruption in China are analyzed. Then a series of suggestions and measures ispresented for the construction of the legislative mechanism, institution, informationdisclosure mechanism and security mechanism, so that the theoretical basis andpractical feasibility could be offered for the thorough implementation of network anti-corruption.
