Ideological and political education as a practical activity of human class society, it plays an important role in promoting social and individual development.There is no doubt, our country is much more to emphasize the social value of ideological and political education than individual value for a long time. Ultimately, it lead to the ideological and political education value can not be implementation fully. Today, we emphasis the scientific outlook on development of "people-oriented" and pay more attention to the potential of the individual (including the ideological, political, moral, etc), it is necessary to achieve the Chinese dream——the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. How to play to the individual value of ideological and political education, and play its role in the individual survival, growth and development process, and it is could not avoid to realize the ideological and political education of humanistic care in our study. At present, From the relevant information that we can consult, academia researching alone on the individual value of the ideological and political education is fewer. Based on this, on the basis of existing research results, this paper uses the method of literature analysis and logic analysis to research and explore the individual value realization of the ideological and political education, its research contents are following five parts.For now, however, refer to the relevant information, academics alone on the study of ideological and political education the individual value realization is less. Based on this, this paper in reference to predecessors on the basis of existing research results, using the method of literature analysis, logic analysis method of ideological and political education research to the individual value realization of ideological and political education from the following five aspects discusses the individual value realization:The first part:This part mainly is to the individual value of ideological and political education, ideological and political education value, the ideological and political education individual value realization in-depth understanding; The ideological and political education to the content of the individual value including the meaning, characteristics, main performance, the ideological and political education the coupling relationship between individual value and social value; lay the foundation for this study.The second part:Ideological and political education theory of the individual value realization foundation.
