| In the new historical period, Chinese Communist Party has the huge responsibility of uniting and leading people to complete the task of well-off society, promoting the socialist modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It’s an important mission for the primary Communist Party organization to maintain the advanced and pure nature of the Party. Teachers who are Chinese Communist Party members carry a dual role as Communist and teacher; therefore, they are required to own high consciousness and teaching and cultivating ability. Generally, the CPC member teachers in educational system have positive thoughts, excellent performance, delicate working style and prominence roles. However, some CPC member teachers lower their behavior standards to other ordinary people. Some teachers still feel confused about the vanguard and exemplary role of CPC members after they joined the Party. In some particular situations and key moments, those teachers may not behave as CPC member teachers to deal with problems. Therefore, it is essential for many Chinese Party branch organizations to lead and promote CPC member teachers to locate their roles and define their position in order to play a vanguard and exemplary role.This article aims to analyses the roles of CPC member teachers. Three research methods are chosen, which are questionnaire, individual interview among CPC members and group interview of the Communist Party organization in schools. By this way, the roles of CPC member teachers can be defined and the approaches that CPC member teachers confirming their roles are know. |
