A Studv On The Justice Of Marx’s View For Solving The Chinese Justice Problems

Justice is the value ideal, and also a hot issue in the academia. As the opening-up reform growing and market economy going well, China have made extremely important achievements. While, at the same time, social development is not getting so well as the economic development. There are troubles in our society. This makes more people concern about justice and discuss it. Therefore, studying and sorting out the writings of Marx’s justice theory helps the Marxism Theory development and Socialist Harmonious Society construction.This paper used the Literature research method to study Marx’s classic texts, finding the significant and different study angle in Marx’s justice theory. His justice theory construction be a developing process. In the early time, he critiqued the Prussia government in the angle of freedom justice. While, he found that freedom justice was inconsequence. After he set up historical materialism view of history, he critiqued capitalist society unhuman and injustice, and built his justice theory on the negative side. Marx believed that justice is related to the productivity in certain historical period of the class society, and it could change its requirement in different historical periods. On this basis, the paper combines the theory with practice, discussing the problems in the current society and how to use Marx’s justice theory to solve the problems. It is good for cushioning the social contradictions and contributing the justice of Socialism Harmonious Society with Chinese Characteristics. It is good for both the Marx’s justice theory development and Chinese justice society construction.
