Service Quality Factors Of Mobile Government Information Dissemination

In the wave of mobile government push, China launched a mobile e-government construction process. At present, some provincial, prefectural (city) level, the district government has provided Mobile APP through the government portal for public download. In this context, from a user perspective, this study explores service quality factors of mobile government information dissemination. First, establish the research model. And then extract system design, system quality, information quality and the degree of government attention as service quality factors of mobile government information dissemination. During the empirical research, take China Gansu mobile portal for example, by sending and returning questionnaires to collect data, and then use SPSS19.0to analysis the results. The main conclusions of the study include: system design, system quality, information quality, the degree of government attention are significant positively influence overall service quality and satisfaction. Four dimensions affect the size of the order as follows:the degree of government attention, information quality, system quality, and system design. Meanwhile, there are significant differences in perceived service quality and satisfaction between staff of government agencies and others (employees of state-owned enterprises, private employees and students).And staff of government agencies give higher evaluation towards perceived service quality and satisfaction. Accordingly, this study proposes some advices for government on how to promote mobile government information dissemination services quality include:emphasis on government internal management, improve the quality of information, optimize mobile-government systems and pay attention to the user’s service feedback.
