| Leisure sports as a social movement emerging and rapid development, more and more sought after by the public, as a new field of sportshumanities and Social Sciences, many western scholars pay special attention to leisure sports, set up a special research on leisure sportsorganizations, training organization and implementation of leisure sportstalent. At present, China’s national has economic basis to enjoy leisure and sports activities, how to make people have a good leisure sportsenvironment, this is the development of China’s leisure sports stage goal.To participate in the leisure sports is a basic human right, is equally important with the rest, sleep right, it has become an important part of the social spiritual life of the people. However, this right is often ignored, trampled, occupied things have happened, therefore, along with the people to further enhance the needs of health quality of life, to strengthen the research on leisure sports rights has become an important work in the field of leisure sports research. The development of leisure sports rights research, is to promote the development of physical education, an important way to promote the life quality of public health in china. In this paper, the perspective of leisure sports rights as the first problem research. Do a full explanation of the leisure sports rights through attributes, essence and key elements of interpretation of leisure sports rights. From the interest, free will, legitimacy and recognition to protect the four essential factors, detailed analysis of leisure sports rights, the freedom, will, interests and reasonable expectations on leisure sports rights nature of the analysis, some participants did not solve practical problems of leisure sports activities and other benefits peoplewith some theory analysis.Analysis from the perspective of human rights under the leisure sports rights, this paper consists of second parts.
