With the market economic system, and gradually establish and reform and openingup further deepening of the pension insurance system and institutions has becomeChina’s social pension insurance system, an important part. Then the establishment andimprovement of the institutions of old-age insurance system with Chinesecharacteristics are paid more and more attention by the central government and thecommunity. In July2011“People’s Republic of China Social Insurance Law”, laid thebasis for a unified sound social pension system. The difficulties of the pension insuranceinstitutions and the key point is the reform of the system, this paper considers the first ofthe pension reform of the institutions is to first reduce the original pension treatment,followed by the solution and improve the existing problems in the system. Through thecareer pension system reform and development process of the comb and the status quo,drawing on the experience of reform of the domestic pilot areas, brief analysis of theresults and effects of the reform of the pilot areas, analyze and explore the problems thatexist in the pension insurance system, the use of multidisciplinary research methods tothe classic Western social support theory as the theoretical analysis tools, a complete setand the establishment of China’s pension system reform of institutions should follow theprinciples and countermeasures. This article would like to focus on exploring twoquestions: First, the problems and the reasons for China’s cause of the pension systemreform, improve the countermeasures of China’s pension system reform of institutions.
