In recent years,"learning standardization" movement in the world carried out. From the primary school field to the pre-school education field,from the developed countries to the developing countries. The early learning standards that guarantee the educational equity, narrow the gap between learning, promote education quality unified arises at the historic moment, and quickly developed in the world scope. The United States began to make the early learning standards early, America’s51states and regions have made their early learning standards.Early learning standards can be successfully implement largely depends on standards users correctly understand the standards and implement the standards.Supporting strategies and activities can help the people correctly understand the meaning of the standards,guide the people correctly implement the standards. The network of the supporting strategies and activities in the early learning standards of every state in the United States is characteristic, we can refer to it.This paper analyzed51ELSs documents from all the states with information retrieval and content analysis method, summarize the characteristics, extracting the learning experience,and put forward some references for the development of ELSs in China.Results indicate that the supporting strategies and activities may have different target audiences including children, teachers, parents, caregivers, community members, family members, policymakers. The content of the supporting strategies and activities including the introduction, the guiding principle, direction for use and interpretation, domain knowledge review, children’s behavior examples,adult’s supportive practices,resourses. However, not all states contains all seven types of supportive strategies and activities. This paper analyzed several major types of supportive strategies and activities,and selected three typical states from the51states make specific analysis, summarizes experiences. At last, according to the findings,5inspirations have been advanced:supporting strategies and activities should be comprehensive and diversified; should be easy-understanding and close to the life; should give the right guidance; combine with the local situation; combine with the modern technology.
