Purpose; This paper investigate the effect different core exercise movement to core muscle of men-rugbystudent, and also investigate the effect of core exercises to men-rugby student core muscle,balance,andphysical quality, provide theory foundation,and increase training ways,aimed at training high-quality rugbyathlete to make contribution to the pointed and timeless training method.Research methods; this paper use experimentation, self-contrasted method.Object are men-rugby studentof Shen-yang Sports university.The core exercise contains9movement.,12week, three times one week, onetime50mintues. Use EMG test the different amplitudes of different core muscle when do core exercise. StarExcursion Balance Test (SEBT) posterior, anterolateral, anteromedial. Fall on seat turn run30meter,30meterrun, T test, long jump, second leap-frog, extension lying on stomach extension.Use SPSS10.0analysis thestatistics.Result;1Different core exercise movement produce different amplitudes to men-rugby athlete coremuscle,has strength training ways and endurance ways. The strength training are unilateral bridge and bridgeto gluteus maximums and lentissimo thoracic(p<0.05); Quadruped arm and lower extremity side-bridgeexercise, prone-bridge quadruped arm and toe to Vastus medias obiquus(p<0.05); Unlateral bridgeexercise,bridge exercise,quadruped arm and lower extremity to lumltidu(p<0.05)s.They all has significantdifference. The other has endurance training effect.2After12week the amplitude of men-rugby student coremuscle has different change; side-bridge exercise to gluteus medius; bridge exercise prone-bridge quadrupedarm and toe to gluteus maximums; bridge exercise to Vastus medias obiquus; side-bridge exercise tohamstrings;straight-arm squat prone-bridge to erector spinae; side-bridge exercise to obliquus abdominis;quadruped arm and lower extremity to rectus abdomini(sp<0.05),they all has significant difference.3AthletesExcursion Balance Test (SEBT) left legs has significant differences in posterior, anterolateral, anteromedial(p<0.05);right leg has different in posterior;has no difference in anterolateral, anteromedial(p<0.05);exceptsecond leap-frog(p>0.05) the physical quality has significant differences.
