Sling exercise training is a kind of human body parts of hanging up with ropes,or balance with a rubber mat,Swiss ball and so on,make it is in a state of instability under physical training to stimulate the body trunk muscle tension and training effects.In order to improve the strength of core muscle group,improve the stability of the body and control the body's center of gravity,it can help to complete the technical action better.It can also improve the coordination between muscles.The main purpose of this study was to observe the effect of this new physical training method on the balance ability and athletic performance of swimming athletes.Swimming is a movement in a particular environment,and in this unstable state,the power of the core is particularly important.In the process of swimming,the trunk muscle group ACTS as the core part of the body,which is responsible for the stability,the force and the power of the body.This paper used the research based on the theory of suspension training,the training of suspension and the special combination of swimming,add suspension training in core strength training,explore the suspension training core strength and balance ability for a swimmer,provide reference for subsequent suspension training related research.This study selected college of Beijing sport university 2016 level of competitive sports special swimming classes as experimental object,through the different ways of training can be divided into two groups,experimental group core strength training under suspension state,the control group on the land for training.The training of the two groups was consistent.After the experiment,the core strength,balance ability and special quality test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)suspension training can effectively enhance the core strength of the swimmer,the experiment after two groups of athletes before the flexor muscles strength were significantly improved,the experimental group left and right flexion,left swing,right swing has obvious improvement than before with the experiment,compared with the control group with a significant increase.(2)the trunk muscle group endurance was significantly improved after the experiment of the experimental group,before bending,the left and right bridge were significantly higher than the control group before the experiment.(3)the improvement effect of the core explosive force after suspension training was not obvious.(4)there was a certain improvement in the balance ability of subjects after suspension training.(5)the results of 50 M freestyle in the experimental group were more obvious than those in the control group...
