Cycle training has always been a hot topic in the research of training science,and pregame training is the key part of cycle training.In order to more deeply understand the rugby sevens project arrangements before the cycle characteristics,training,training load and other related content,with yantai sevens rugby team(first division)to prepare for the 2017 football championship in shandong province as an example,using the field with the team the opportunity to service completed five weeks before the training process of investigation and statistics.In this paper,the task arrangement,content arrangement,training means and load arrangement of the pre-competition period of yantai rugby team were analyzed by means of field investigation,mathematical statistics and other methods.According to the physiological and biochemical indexes,the rationality of the training arrangement is feedback,and the scientific nature of the training is evaluated on the basis of the theory.Through research,the following results are obtained in this paper:1 The schedule of yantai rugby team's preparation for this championship game presents the characteristics of 1-3-1,including three stages: pre-match adaptation(1week),pre-match strengthening(3 weeks)and pre-match adjustment(1 week).The training tasks in each stage of pre-competition cycle training show the following characteristics: comprehensively improve the physical quality and increase the physical reserve in the pre-competition adaptation stage.In the pre-competition strengthening stage,special physical training is emphasized to improve the training of speed,explosiveness and flexibility.In the pre-competition adjustment stage,the integrity training is the main body to improve the proficiency of technology.2 The arrangement of contents and means in each stage of pre-competition cycle training presents the following characteristics:(1)strength training takes improving the basic strength of the body as the main training objective in the pre-competition adaptation stage,takes developing explosive force as the main task in the pre-competition strengthening stage,and takes strength maintenance as the main line in the pre-competition adjustment stage.(2)the requirement of speed quality is more inclined to speed strength,high power output is the goal of strength training class.The practice of agility and flexibility is involved in every stage of the preparation period and is an integral part of the whole process.(4)the youth football team pre-game training should pay attention to the aerobic metabolism and anaerobic metabolism ability of the overall development,low and medium intensity passing and receiving long distance running training to improve the aerobic ability of the body,promote energy recovery reduce fatigue.The training method is mainly high intensity interval training.3 The training frequency of pre-competition period reaches the peak in the strengthening phase and the lowest in the adjustment phase.On the whole,compared with the general training stage,the training frequency of the pre-competition training stage has little change.In the whole pregame cycle,the trend of load curve shows the characteristics of decreasing first and then stable,while the curve of training intensity shows the opposite trend.The changes of parameters of hemoglobin and erythrocyte system showed an overall upward trend,and the white blood cell count increased slowly within the standard range without adverse reactions.BUN and CK activity was highly consistent with the changes in training volume and intensity,and the load arrangement was adjusted in time according to the changes.The above trend shows that the training load of pre-competition cycle is reasonably arranged,the body ADAPTS to the training load,and the immune function is good.The conclusions are as follows:1 The overall time arrangement of this pre-competition preparation presents a1-3-1 mode.The training tasks,contents,means and loads of each stage of the pre-competition period are arranged in accordance with the laws of sports training,which can provide reference for coaches to arrange pre-competition short period training.2.The content and means of pregame training are arranged in accordance with the characteristics of rugby programs.Overall development of the physical quality,strength,speed quality training arrangements accounted for more and a variety of training means.Flexibility and agility are practiced throughout the pregame cycle.3.The peak and change of training frequency,training amount and training intensity in the whole pre-competition cycle were verified in the data of physiological and biochemical monitoring.Coaches should pay attention to the monitoring of physiological and biochemical indexes and adjust the training arrangement according to the changes of the indexes.
