| High-Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)is a Training method that has emerged in recent years.It is a kind of Training method that can carry out all-out,fast and burst exercise in a short period of time.At present,high intensity interval training has been reasonably integrated into various sports,but there are few studies on its integration with rugby.Therefore,this paper uses the theory and method of high intensity interval training to discuss the relationship between high intensity interval training and rugby in depth,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of a more scientific training mode for rugby.To test high-intensity intermittent training to enhance the quality of college rugby team sports effect,this research USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as shandong sports institute selected for the rugby man athletes as experimental object,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group of ten people,High intensity interval training method and traditional training method were used to carry on the intervention training for 8 weeks,and the final test results reflected the changes of the sports quality of the subjects before and after the intervention.Mainly through testing the athletes’ strength,speed,endurance,agility,flexibility,special sports quality of six major ability,finally to enrich the methods and means of college rugby training,improve the college rugby training system and ideas.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:High intensity interval training effectively improved the speed quality of rugby players,the experimental group athletes before and after the experiment at 20 meters,30 meters,40 meters,400 meters significantly increased(P <0.05),while the control group at 20 meters,30 meters,40 meters,400 meters did not significantly improved(P>0.05).(2)The endurance of the experimental group and the control group was significantly improved in the 12 min running test(P<0.01).(3)In terms of strength quality,bench press and squat in the control group were significantly improved(P<0.05),indicating that traditional training is helpful to improve the maximum strength quality;(4)The athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved in the Illinois test(P <0.01),but not in the control group(P BBB 0 0.05).(5)In terms of flexibility,the athletes in the experimental group and the control group had no significant improvement in sitting body flexion(P>0.05).(6)In terms of special quality,the athletes in the experimental group had a very significant improvement in the 10-meter return dash,10-meter ball return impact(P<0.01),and had a significant improvement in the performance of wild horse running(P< 0.05).1.after eight weeks of training,respectively from the strength,speed,flexibility,stamina,agility and special quality six aspects were tested,the results showed that high intensity intermittent training and traditional training can improve the quality of rugby player movement,but the degree of high-intensity intermittent training to improve more pronounced(in addition to the strength and flexibility quality).2.Rugby sports have high requirements on athletes’ explosive power,antagonism,endurance,agility and other sports qualities,and high intensity interval training is seldom used in the field of rugby.This study found that high intensity interval training has a significant positive effect on improving the special quality of rugby players.3.High intensity interval training has optimized its training mode on the basis of traditional physical training.In actual training,the combination of traditional training and high intensity interval training can be adopted,and the training plan can be reasonably arranged according to the training state and actual needs of athletes,and at the same time,the flexibility of athletes can be enhanced. |
