Review Of College Law Education Under The Background Of Popularization Of Higher Education

The popularization of higher education is not only the realistic need of higher education inChina’s own development, but also the inevitable choice in the world higher educationdevelopment. While, college law education is the important content and task of the ideological andpolitical education, quality-oriented education in colleges and universities. However, comparingwith the stage of elite education, the stage of popularization of higher education have its owncharacteristics, which require the objective, content, method of college law education adjustingaccordingly. Therefore，strengthening the college law education have very important significancefor improving the effectiveness of college students law education under the background ofpopularization of higher education.Firstly, this article introduces the theory and policy implications of the popularization ofhigher education and the popularization of Chinese higher education. On the basis of overall graspthe popularization of higher education，comparing the connotation and denotation between collegelaw education and college legal education through the comparison research method, and thenstating the concrete connotation, basic features and practical significance of college law education.Secondly, the writer will introduce the policy, conditions, effect, organization and implementationof college law education under the background of popularization of higher education by literaturestudy method and questionnaire survey method. In this part, the focus is to find and summarize theproblems and their causes of the current college law education. Thirdly, by throughout the presentsituation of college law education, finding the coherence point of the popularization of highereducation and college law education in order to look for the new situation and new tasks of collegelaw education under the background of popularization of higher education. At last, in view of theexisting problems of college law education and the challenges under the background ofpopularization of higher education, the writer try to raise some methods and ways to enhance theefficiency of the law education of college students, including to clear the education principles,reinforce the team construction, develop the channels, innovate the modes, set the new evaluationsystem, create good environment and so on.
