| It has become a prominent problem in social and economic development during the phase of popularized higher education that it is difficult for college students to find jobs. Undoubtedly, temporized traditional job-choosing belief is the important reason responsible for the present situation, though the extended enrolling policy in colleges and the structural unbalance of social supply and demand also work. The author of this thesis mainly analyzes the causes of the out-of-date job-choosing beliefs, combing the positive and negative sides of college students' job-seeking beliefs during the phase of popularized higher education, and attempts to make it possible for college students to realize mutual selection and self-determination in job choosing, and to mitigate employment problems by clearing up the misbelief via constructing or reforming new internal and external environment.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part tells the connotation and characteristics of college students' job choosing, and analyzes that form of job-choosing belief is the result from the integrated functions of ideal goal, perceiving, value orientation and implement approach in job-choosing, focusing on the description of its instructive function for its aim, guiding function for constructing knowledge and ability structure, filtrating function for its perceive, and dynamical function for its action, so as to master its underlying effectiveness and influence to college students'job choosing and job taking.In the second part, the author first analyzes the epoch background of the popularization of higher education in China and its basic characteristics, probing into that the process of popularization is the objective reasons, and then explains the employment environment during this phase and the collective features of labor power market and college students' employment., based on which the author finds out and understands the fundamental tendency of college students'job choosing belief.Then comes the third part, in which the author describes kinds of phenomena and the side effects caused by college students' misunderstandings in job choosing during the phase of popularized higher education, stressing on studying the deep reasons of what leads to the college students' temporized traditional job choosing belief and why the college students can't adapt the employment environment due to the social and environmental diathesis, mental and moral factors, individual abilities, and personalities.Part Four discusses the principles the college students should hold while choosing jobs scientifically, from the aspect of the feasibility of changing their beliefs. The author proposes specific countermeasures to adjust and interfere college students'job choosing beliefs, which can be achieved with the efforts from five perspectives: constructing objective circumstances, enhancing regulation of relevant employment policies, actualizing pertinent job-choosing instruction, bucking for fully understanding and support from families, and realizing effective self- optimizing and -shaping. |
