Learning burnout is that students are lack of interest or motivation to learn,depressed and frustrated, leading to negative attitude toward learning. There are manyfactors affecting the learning burnout, including social factors, school factors, familyfactors and student factors. From the student perspective factors, psychological capitalis the important variable to predict learning burnout.The paper uses positive organizational behavior theory to explore the relationshipbetween positive psychological capital and learning burnout, through the developmentof positive psychological capital to improve college students’ learning burnout. Thetheory converses from negative to positive. The theory pays attention to person’ssubjective initiative and solving problem. The research for promoting collegestudents’ self realization has important significance.This paper uses the “Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire” and “CollegeStudents’ Learning Burnout Questionnaire” as the research tools to investigate668university students from a university in Beijing and interviews with5teachers and5students. The paper explores the relationship between psychological capital andlearning burnout, and perfects the learning burnout’s intervention study. The resultsshow that:1. College students’ capital is in good condition. The scores in gender, grade,major, only-child, learning achievement, family economic status, student cadres havesignificant differences. The scores in the family seat have no significant differences.2. College Students’ learning burnout is in the medium level. The scores ingender, grade, major, only-child, learning achievement, family economic status,student cadres have significant differences. The scores in the family seat have nosignificant differences.3. Psychological capital and learning burnout negatively relate. The fourdimensions of psychological capital and three dimensions of learning burnout arenegative relationship.4. Resilience and hope can negatively predict emotional turndown. Resilience, hope and optimism can negatively predict behavioral unsuitableness. Self-efficacy, resilience and hope can negatively predict low personal accomplishment.Self-efficacy, resilience and hope can negatively predict learning burnout.
