Nowadays, the emergence of learning burnout including absent from school and failed in the exam is very popular in college students. Learning burnout is one telling indicator of college students’ learning quality and learning mental health, as a result, to research how the positive factors affect leaning burnout raise the possibility of reduce learning burnout and improve learning quality with the positive methods. The study provided a theoretical basis for the mediating effect of positive emotions in psychological capital and learning burnout.The study was conducted to analyze the effects of positive emotions in psychological capital and learning burnout.1200Students in5universities of Beijing were selected to answer PCQ-16, Students’ learning burnout scale and part of JAS (1082of the data were valid). Results indicated a significant negative relationship regarding the3facets of learning burnout with psychological capital and positive emotions. Results also found that positive emotions play a part of mediating role in the psychological capital and the3facets of learning burnout.Suggestions of developing psychological capital and experiencing more positive emotions to reduce learning burnout conclude the article.
