At present, there are two problems in the teaching of physical education in elementary and middle schools in our country:in the first place, physical education teachers' ideological level needs to be improved, the performance for teachers to the lazy, complacent, not fully developing ability of students "sound personality in sports teaching; Nor in the face of the complex, changing adverse environment, physical education teachers should have the values of teachers. In the next place, physical education teachers' professional ethics is not perfect, performance is rooted in basic education of emotional problems, lack of resources and education behind the lack of confidence, lack of work to create the spirit and ability. To improve and maintain the moral level of teachers not only to rely on scientific and effective teacher education, but also depends on the external social environment of the "quenching".The past education practice is mainly in the condition of the more favorable city school, the facilities of the facilities teaching equipment makes the novice teachers handy, lack of difficult challenges. In the face of the education environment is not balanced and the society of many complex multiple identity attributes, can not adhere to their own moral realm, always keep improving their own quality awareness. Therefore, it is very important to cast physical education students' teaching skills, ideological level, humanistic quality, and improve the professional ethics of sports students.This paper takes the education practice of Northeast Normal University as an example, College putting forward the practice mode under the environment contrast. Specific forms of sports professional students to the superior resources of the city school practice, to the more remote, the lack of educational resources in rural villages and towns school practice. The purpose is to let the students use the city of superior educational resources to consolidate professional knowledge and teaching skills, experience of the current situation of rural basic Education. The practice mode of teaching practice under the contrast of environment, founding the professional moral quality of students majoring in Physical Education.This paper mainly uses literature data method, questionnaire investigation method, teacher interviews, mathematical statistics and analysis research methods, conducts the research to the grade 11 and grade 12 interns professional ethics culture.
