Recently, the party central committee and the state council have attached great importance tovocational education. Secondary vocational education has greate development, teachers are veryimportant manpower in secondary vocational schools. Teachers’ occupation career developmentdirectly determines the quality of vocational education. Among them, the female teachers’ positionand role constantly grows, and their occupation career development will directly affect the qualityof secondary occupation education. This article discussed female teachers’ occupation careerdevelopment for different ages by analysising current problem and influence factors.There are four chapters in this article. The first chapter is about introduction. To elaborate thebackground and meanings of female teachers in secondary vocational schools, as well as theircurrent situation and reseach methods. The second chapter examined career development theory. Tointroduce secondary occupation schools teachers’ professional requirements, occupation careerdevelopment theory, occupation career concept, occupation career development path, occupationcareer development influence factors. The third capter discussed female teachers of careerdevelopment issues in secondary vocational schools. Firstly, to introduce current situation of femaleteachers in secondary occupation schools by their ages, educations and professional titles. Then, tointroduce current development problem of female teachers in secondary vocational schools byinterview. So that to announce development problem of female teachers in secondary vocationalschools and to find out reasons. The forth chapter presented solutions for improving occupationcareer development problem of female teachers in secondary vocational schools in different ages.From individuals, schools, and social dimensions of proposed countermeasures to promote thecareer development of female teachers in secondary vocational schools...
